Who We Are

Miramar Capital was founded in 2017 by senior members of the U.S. acquisitions team from Colony Capital, Inc. Senior members of the team have been investing together for nearly 15 years across the U.S., in all major asset classes, and up and down the capital stack.

As of today, Miramar Capital has completed approximately 45 acquisitions, 10 realizations/recapitalizations, and approximately $2.5B of assets under management.

Miramar Capital is focused on high quality industrial, office, life science, multifamily and data center investments throughout the United States. We are based in Los Angeles, California with a regional office located in Silicon Valley.
